The M1432 cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding cylindrical or conical rotating workpieces with an accuracy of IT6 to IT7. It is ideal for workshops using single-piece, small-batch, and mass production, offering high production efficiency.

The workpiece, grinding wheel, oil pump, and coolant pump are each driven by a separate motor. The headstock uses an AC dual-speed motor with belt speed regulation. The transverse guideways are rolling guideways, improving transverse feed sensitivity and tool feed accuracy. The longitudinal guideways are made of plastic-coated guideways, which have a low coefficient of friction, ensuring smooth movement and effectively maintaining the original accuracy of the bed guideways, thus extending the life of the guideway pairs and improving transmission efficiency.
